Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality objectives, including monitoring and reporting.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • •Oversee consultant performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations, and identify/mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of project management experience in road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects.
  • •Experience with engineering consultancies or project management consultancies, or as a client representative on major infrastructure programs.
  • •Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Experience managing consultant-led infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC; PMP/PMO or equivalent is preferred.
