Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with compensation design, analysis, and implementation of new or revised compensation programs, including carried interest plans.
  • •Support offer letters, separations, promotions, and internal mobility with compensation-related insight.
  • •Engage in the year-end annual compensation process, including compensation system preparation, bonus pool analysis, and generating templates and statements.
  • •Monitor market trends and maintain equity market data matching and data submission for competitiveness evaluation.
  • •Improve existing processes via automation and repeatable report creation, including identifying opportunities and developing AI-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience with compensation, strategy, and/or data analytics background.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Excel, including building macros, for data handling and reporting.
  • •Experience designing and administering compensation structures, processes, and policies.
  • •Strong understanding of the year-end compensation process and attention to detail.
  • •Proactive communication skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks independently.
