Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all plant maintenance activities, including general maintenance, electrical operations, and buildings/grounds maintenance to maximize reliability and efficiency.
  • •Develop and execute maintenance strategies to eliminate equipment failure sources and extend asset life.
  • •Schedule and prioritize maintenance and installation work to support uninterrupted production operations.
  • •Champion a safety culture, including Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, and other plant safety programs.
  • •Manage maintenance and facilities budgets/capital planning and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
