Product Industrialization Program Manager

Lead the planning and execution of complex manufacturing industrialization projects, including new product introductions and global manufacturing transfers. Drive strategic transformation initiatives to create flexible, lean supply chains, manage project plans across schedule/cost/quality, and coordinate risk and interdependencies across multiple business domains. Represent Operations as the single point of contact in integral project teams, advancing PDLM improvements using DfMAT, process validation, and engineering change implementation.
