Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as senior HR Partner to the Duxford Site Leadership Team, providing strategic HR leadership and business partnering.
  • •Translate business priorities into people initiatives, including workforce planning, organisation design, and capability development.
  • •Drive site transformation by strengthening leadership capability, leading the performance and development cycle, and ensuring high-quality calibration.
  • •Coach and challenge leaders to improve performance, accountability, and decision-making.
  • •Manage core HR processes and employee relations, including onboarding, payroll interfaces, compensation, benefits, mobility, redundancy, and offboarding, while reviewing HR policies to align with legal requirements and business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic background in HR or a related field, ideally complemented by a CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
  • •Experience as an HR generalist with up-to-date employment law knowledge and understanding of HR governance.
  • •Proven experience driving change within a manufacturing environment and improving organisational performance.
  • •Ability to diagnose organisational issues and translate business priorities into practical people initiatives (workforce planning, organisation design, capability development).
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively and communicate effectively across all levels.
