Key Responsibilities

•Engage with complex customers and guide them through adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform in a pre-sales capacity.
•Develop and execute customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives and Solutions Architects.
•Coach core account teams on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution to achieve defined timelines.
•Influence stakeholders across levels and orchestrate teams to achieve long-term customer success in cloud environments.
•Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups; contribute to customer-facing collateral and demonstrations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Technical background in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing (DWH) or Machine Learning/AI
•Experience coding in Python or SQL and willingness to learn Spark
•Hands-on experience with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
•Ability to engage in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity
•Nice to have: Databricks Certification
