Provide strategic employment law guidance to a fast-paced defense technology company, partnering with the People Team on recruiting, hiring, termination, workplace accommodations, wage and hour issues, investigations, and compliance. Draft and maintain global employment policies and procedures, prepare employment agreements, support state and federal reporting, and advise on HR platform use and responses to agency inquiries—while aligning recommendations with business needs.
