Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business issues by listening to and understanding the customer's business and IT needs, and propose optimal solutions
  • •Regularly communicate with customers to build trust
  • •Provide technical leadership and assist in the implementation of architectural design of solutions utilizing Red Hat products
  • •Work closely with the Red Hat Product Engineering, Business Development, Consulting, Support, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • •Participate in internal initiatives, create consulting whitepapers, and update the knowledge base

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on a range of development and deployment projects
  • •Successful experience in a senior technical post sales or partner-facing role, specifically consulting experience in solving customer issues and driving projects
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • •Proven record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels
  • •Experience with web service and microservices architectures, and knowledge of enterprise integration technologies (e.g., Apache Camel and Kafka)
