Key Responsibilities

•Interview existing customers to define, visualize, and propose technical requirements and solutions.
•Organize and define customer requirements, providing technical guidance and solution proposals.
•Design and implement architectures for Box-integrated applications and handle technical QA.
•Propose, design, and implement tools and applications to help customers use Box more effectively.
•Migrate data from file servers, SharePoint Online, and Google Workspace to Box (using an internal tool) and support SSO integration.

Key Requirements

•5+ years web application development experience and 2+ years customer-facing experience.
•2+ years experience with SaaS and cloud technologies.
•Comfort working in dynamic, ambiguous environments and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Understanding application development life cycle and RESTful API design concepts, with experience creating scripts for APIs.
•Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OpenID, Active Directory, or single sign-on (SSO).
