Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with clients and teammates in branch interactions.
  • •Engage in outside calling and grow small business relationships using Centers of Influence and community networks to drive referrals.
  • •Lead, develop, and coach the branch team; manage performance using observational coaching, joint sales calls, and training tools.
  • •Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements, security, and internal controls; complete branch operations tasks timely.
  • •Manage staffing, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling for direct reports; work Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • •3+ years experience in a sales capacity with ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •3+ years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, financial statements, credit reports, and ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business (required).
