Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall delivery of assigned infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, drainage, and associated works), ensuring project objectives related to time, cost, quality, safety, and RTA compliance are achieved.
  • •Supervise and manage contractors to ensure works are executed in full compliance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, RTA standards, and milestone targets.
  • •Manage and direct the supervision team to undertake daily inspections in accordance with RTA inspection and hold-point requirements, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.
  • •Maintain a high level of HSE awareness, ensuring contractor compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and project-specific HSE requirements, including approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
  • •Represent AECOM in RTA, Client, and authority coordination meetings, presenting progress reports, technical matters, and mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on managing large-scale projects including Roads, Bridges & Underpasses.
  • •Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, construction methodologies, and quality control processes.
  • •Excellent project management skills, including budget and schedule management.
  • •Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
