Key Responsibilities

•Install and rebuild servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, and storage to meet project/operational requirements.
•Contribute to and maintain system standards and security measures; monitor and verify system integrity and availability.
•Install and maintain backup infrastructure and perform daily backup operations.
•Provide general incident and problem support and on-call incident coverage.
•Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to improve IT operations.

Key Requirements

•Install, rebuild and configure servers, hardware, peripherals, services, directories and storage in line with standards and project requirements.
•Install and maintain backup infrastructure and perform regular backup operations.
•Create and manage user accounts; perform daily system monitoring and verify integrity and availability of hardware resources and processes.
•Provide incident and problem support, on-call and out-of-hours coverage.
•Research and develop new technologies and apply OS patches/upgrades to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
