Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and rebuild servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, and storage to meet project/operational requirements.
  • •Contribute to and maintain system standards and security measures; monitor and verify system integrity and availability.
  • •Install and maintain backup infrastructure and perform daily backup operations.
  • •Provide general incident and problem support and on-call incident coverage.
  • •Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to improve IT operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Install, rebuild and configure servers, hardware, peripherals, services, directories and storage in line with standards and project requirements.
  • •Install and maintain backup infrastructure and perform regular backup operations.
  • •Create and manage user accounts; perform daily system monitoring and verify integrity and availability of hardware resources and processes.
  • •Provide incident and problem support, on-call and out-of-hours coverage.
  • •Research and develop new technologies and apply OS patches/upgrades to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
