Onsite Audio Visual Support Technician

Support fully integrated conference rooms and meeting spaces for a customer in central Hamburg. Operate and verify AV and conferencing components, troubleshoot and set up audio/video systems, and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment functioning reliably. Handle site documentation, execute support tasks on schedule, and provide on-site customer training when needed. Work closely with the client UCC team, AVI-SPL management, the Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams while following safety standards.
