Job Summary

Lead technical presales and support for the Visa Acceptance Platform in the Andean/Central America region. Design solution architectures, drive product implementations for merchants and acquirers, and manage proposal/RFP support including feasibility, cost, and timing. Serve as a subject-matter expert for Visa Merchant Digital products, connect Product/Sales/Client Services and partners, deliver client and colleague training, and contribute to product roadmap and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical presales and support for the Visa Acceptance Platform in the designated region.
•Provide technical pre-sales by designing solution architectures and leading product implementations for merchants and acquirers.
•Support sales proposals by assessing feasibility, cost, and time implications for customer proposals.
•Gather and document business and technical requirements to enable reliable project estimates with internal teams.
•Lead complex end-to-end solution designs and serve as a connector between Product, Sales, Client Services, regional teams, and external partners; deliver trainings to colleagues and clients.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in a technical pre-sales or consulting role in a complex enterprise environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline (master’s desired).
•Bilingual English and Spanish.
•Strong knowledge of payment flows and operating models, including payment and/or risk management systems.
•Comfort working with APIs and web/mobile application integrations, cloud, and PaaS/SaaS models; experience delivering complex integrations and evolving requirements.
