Key Responsibilities

  • •Create software packages and manage deployment, patch management, and encryption across global Mac, ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • •Work with IT Support to identify environment pain points and implement solutions that increase productivity for IT staff and end users.
  • •Partner with Information Security to identify and mitigate risks and threats across the fleet and stay current with security standards and practices.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation and efficiency, and support/review technical documentation for ongoing processes.
  • •Oversee inventory, purchasing, asset management, and relationships with vendors and third-party providers, and participate in interviewing, training, and mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience working in an IT organization managing and deploying Mac, ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux machines.
  • •Proven track record with enterprise management solutions for Mac (MDM, EDR, Platform SSO).
  • •Expertise in macOS and iOS/Android.
  • •Strong scripting skills to automate workflows (shell, python, or swift).
  • •Excellent knowledge of desktop security (anti-virus, encryption, VPN, patching, 2-factor authentication) and strong problem-solving/analysis.
