Key Responsibilities

•Ensure all hotel rules and regulations are strictly followed, including fire and safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP and FSMS).
•Drive sales to achieve the outlet’s full potential while ensuring budget adherence.
•Maintain high quality of product and service within the outlet.
•Develop the outlet in an entrepreneurial manner by identifying opportunities to generate more business and communicating innovation ideas to the Head of Department.
•Support talent growth through Talent Development initiatives, training and multi-tasking assignments, feedback, and yearly performance appraisals (or coordinate if the Head of Department handles them).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Hospitality Management or a related field, preferably from a recognized hotel school; an MBA is an advantage.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in an F&B management role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
•Excellent command of the local language (written and spoken).
•Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
