Lead growth for Chainabuse, TRM’s open consumer fraud reporting platform. Own top-of-funnel strategy across SEO, content, paid, social, and email; build partner integrations, craft AI-assisted content and briefs, and drive vetted reports into Chainabuse and TRM BI. Operate as a one-person growth seat with ownership of metrics, tone, and outcomes in a fast, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the top of the funnel for Chainabuse by setting baselines, quarterly targets, and channel mix to lift vetted report submissions.
•Build and operate partner integrations to route reports from victim sources, including exchange flows, wallet scam-detection, advocacy groups, and LE referrals; manage discovery, scoping, legal review, integration specs, launch, and reporting.
•Win scam-related queries on Google and AI search surfaces; use AI for content drafting, SEO topic generation, translation, outreach, and analytics summarization.
•Set and enforce a victim-facing tone-of-voice; review intake forms, emails, social, and community content to ensure quality and sensitivity.
•Operate as a one-person team: brief contractors/AI resources, cut underperforming activities, double down on successful ones, and report metrics to Marketing leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of growth marketing experience, including scaling a consumer reporting, user-generated content (UGC), or community-data product with measurable impact
•A public-facing portfolio showing pages you grew, integrations you shipped, communities you built, or queries you won
•Demonstrated AI fluency; daily use of AI tools for content, research, outreach, translation, and analytics
•Strong SEO and content fluency; experience with Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and GEO tooling (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews)
•Proven partner integration experience; end-to-end integrations with exchanges, platforms, or advocacy organizations without a dedicated BizDev function
