Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global annual compensation review and manage the Workday Advanced Compensation module setup and governance.
•Lead and support compensation projects from planning to execution, including job architecture, salary structures, title harmonisation and reorganisations.
•Support the VP Compensation with executive compensation, benchmarking, reviews, and LTI scheme administration.
•Conduct compensation benchmarking and survey participation to support competitive analysis of compensation programs.
•Create and maintain analytics tools and compensation policies for global use within the People team.

Key Requirements

•A significant amount of experience in compensation and/or human resources
•Comfortable working within a global business and dealing with international stakeholders
•Very strong project management skills, and experience managing annual compensation processes
•You approach work with a continuous improvement mindset, often identifying and implementing enhancements
•Curious and enthusiastic about building AI readiness into People processes
