Senior Consultant / Project Manager

Lead and manage Transaction & Investor Services projects for financial sponsor clients across the transaction lifecycle—from opportunity identification and due diligence through post-transaction value realization and exit readiness. Partner daily with client stakeholders at all levels, structure problems, analyze and synthesize insights, and build and present robust financial models. Coach and develop consultants, drive stakeholder engagement, and contribute to client relationship management and business development in Australia’s expanding investor network.
