Job Summary

Maintain and repair Flow properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and safety systems. Prepare units for move-in, perform preventative maintenance, conduct inspections, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with codes and company standards while delivering excellent service to residents and coordinating with the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry to maintain community standards.
•Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing turnover repairs, inspections, and improvements.
•Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and risk management concerns, report needs to management.
•Assist with inventory management by tracking, organizing, and maintaining maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts.
•Maintain working knowledge of building emergency systems, equipment shutoffs, and operational procedures to ensure resident safety and property integrity.
