Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry to maintain community standards.
  • •Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing turnover repairs, inspections, and improvements.
  • •Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and risk management concerns, report needs to management.
  • •Assist with inventory management by tracking, organizing, and maintaining maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of building emergency systems, equipment shutoffs, and operational procedures to ensure resident safety and property integrity.
