Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct day-to-day experiments for Memory enablement
  • •Maintain test plans and reports and scrub JIRA tickets periodically
  • •Develop required test scripts for small tasks
  • •Problem solving and debugging complex memory enablement issues
  • •Collaborate with Memory Lead and seniors to refine processes and learn new methods pertaining to memory subsystem

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of silicon validation for multiple SoCs, especially x86, with focus on memory technologies like DDR5/LPDDR5
  • •Strong understanding of CPU subsystem in x86/any SoC environment and proven expertise in conducting tests toward enabling memory during Boot and Post-boot enablement
  • •Strong understanding of Memory Subsystem including Memory PHY and Controller, DDR/LPDDR5 topologies and configurations, and ecosystem collaboration
  • •Experience with shell scripting (e.g., Tcl, Perl, Python) and memory analyzers
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities
