Job Summary

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and support closing of complex sponsor-backed loan transactions for private-equity-backed software and technology-enabled companies. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to evaluate leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, growth capital, and refinancing, while ensuring credit risks are monitored throughout the relationship. Manage ongoing portfolio performance including financial analysis, covenant compliance, risk ratings, and adherence to lending policies and banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform detailed credit underwriting and financial analysis for sponsor-backed software, SaaS, tech-enabled services, and recurring revenue businesses.
•Evaluate acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital, add-on acquisitions, and refinancing opportunities from private equity sponsors.
•Develop and recommend debt structures, covenant packages, collateral arrangements, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies aligned to credit appetite.
•Prepare credit approval memoranda and portfolio reviews for Senior Credit Officers, Loan Committee, and executive management.
•Coordinate underwriting, closing, and ongoing portfolio management with internal partners, relationship managers, and external legal counsel; monitor borrower performance and covenants.

Key Requirements

•Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and industry standards.
•Intermediate knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring, pricing dynamics, and completion of credit analyst training.
