Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise strategy and a multi-year roadmap for identity analytics, access decisioning, and AI/ML security platforms.
  • •Lead and grow a 50+ person organization across data engineering, ML, Generative AI, and security products, including hiring and setting standards.
  • •Set technical direction hands-on by reviewing architectures, model designs, and system trade-offs while staying close to code and data.
  • •Architect low-latency, event-driven, real-time systems for identity decisioning and threat detection using streaming and graph data.
  • •Build and evolve ML infrastructure, MLOps, governance pipelines, and operational monitoring to support both batch and real-time inference and audit-ready controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in data engineering.
  • •At least 7 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 7 years programming with Python, Java, or Scala.
  • •At least 6 years designing and developing data pipelines, including data modeling for end-to-end solutions using relational and non-relational databases.
