Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, research, test, and evaluate deep learning methods for contract-domain applications.
  • •Apply architectures and technologies to solve complex NLP challenges such as representations, text understanding, semantic retrieval, contextual extractions, and summarization.
  • •Apply computer vision to document understanding tasks including layout and object detection, image classification, and tagging.
  • •Improve model training, evaluation, and online inference processes; define online metrics and design user feedback for AI/ML features.
  • •Partner with engineering partners to deploy models into production and work with Product Management to translate user scenarios into ML plans.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ with a Master’s, or a PhD with 5+), or equivalent experience.
  • •Design, develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning and deep learning solutions.
  • •Experience programming in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
  • •Fluency in Python.
  • •Bachelor’s in a computational field (e.g., computer science, applied mathematics) and demonstrated document-understanding/modeling experience in production, including OCR/text extraction from docx/images/pdfs.
