Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Build production-grade AI/ML models for document understanding across the Docusign Agreement Platform. Use deep learning to tackle complex NLP tasks (semantic retrieval, contextual extraction, summarization) and computer-vision document layout/object detection. Define online metrics, improve training and online inference pipelines, and work with engineering and Product to deploy robust, customer-agnostic machine learning solutions.
