•Maintain overall responsibility for project execution per customer standards within the agreed SOW duration.
•Lead the project team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within the project budget.
•Manage daily client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issues.
•Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders.
•Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery and review/approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents.

•10+ years of work experience in IT project implementation.
•5+ years managing and understanding Salesforce.com (Sales, Service, Marketing) with Apex Programming and Force.com capabilities.
•5+ years leading Agile methodology projects.
•5+ years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects.
•PMI PMP/ACP and Salesforce.com certifications preferred.
