Own top-of-funnel sourcing for Salesforce’s fast-paced Go-To-Market hiring. •Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent, especially from direct competitors.
•Translate shifting or vague hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies and stay ahead in a fluid environment.
•Collaborate with the Talent Attraction recruiting team to hand off warm, pipeline-ready candidates and apply qualified talent to multiple open opportunities.

•Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates using advanced direct-sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive intelligence).
•Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a highly fluid, ambiguous environment.
•Strong ability to write personalized outreach that converts passive candidates, including cold calling and phone-based relationship building.
