Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, monitor, and control work permits to ensure daily initiatives align with local policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure projects follow the Zero Incident safety culture and monitor work activities against the applicable work permits throughout the workday.
  • •Coordinate with the project team and client representatives (including the fire marshal) to ensure project materials are stored in approved laydown areas.
  • •Support the Facility Protection Plan to minimize impact of construction activities within occupied building areas.
  • •Provide informal updates and formal reports to the Project Coordinator Team Lead on hours worked, permits issued, and safety events, while supporting multiple projects; some overtime and weekend work is required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,500 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Building Management Systems (Metasys).
  • •Experience with electrical building systems (120v-480v) and mechanical systems (AHU, exhaust fans).
  • •Experience with plumbing building systems (HHW, DI water, domestic water) and steam building systems (clean steam generators, steam-provided heat).
  • •Knowledge of construction/research lab protocols and experience in construction or construction management.
  • •Osha 10 or 30 certification (preferred).
