Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, neglect, damage, missing parts, mechanical issues, and previous repairs/structural damage.
  • •Complete required inspections promptly and accurately, including imaging and uploading condition results.
  • •Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers and resolve customer inquiries; advise management of complaints/incidents.
  • •Capture and submit condition data using the appropriate technology; deliver results timely and with minimal errors.
  • •Maintain equipment and tools properly and ensure vehicles are clean and organized as received; complete road tests if required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •1 year automotive experience (preferred).
  • •Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license that meets requirements.
