Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day oversight of tenant relocation activities and maintain critical trackers.
  • •Establish procedures and develop legal/policy frameworks for readiness of vacant units and managing relocations.
  • •Review and coordinate resident plans, guides, and notices with multiple NYCHA and internal AECOM stakeholders.
  • •Forecast and manage inventory of vacant apartments and oversee workflows for moving residents to temporary housing.
  • •Lead lease compliance/property management reviews and oversee post-award matching to resolve tenant issues and optimize placements.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience managing tenant relocation activities, housing programs, or large public-sector initiatives.
  • •NY/NJ agency experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • •Ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced program environment and attend regular site visits plus evening/weekend meetings.
