Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization across work areas, cutting boards, and equipment, and help with stock rotation and inventory management to reduce waste. Follow recipes, plating standards, and food safety/sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate service and help ensure consistent quality and timely order execution.
