Job Summary

Lead the Canada Region’s digital service execution, owning strategic outlook, customer relationships, and change management. Manage a team of Tech Team Leads and Remote Service Specialists to deliver digital service offerings, drive growth (service agreement base and repairs), and support EHS initiatives. Own WIP forecasting, budget controls, risk mitigation for service agreements, and continuous improvement through process reviews and training. Attract, coach, develop, and evaluate team performance while connecting with field teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Canada Region with responsibility for execution strategy and achievement of business results.
•Drive growth enablers in partnership with Sales, including service agreement base growth and repairs (pull-through).
•Build and maintain key customer relationships, and develop customer connection processes across the region.
•Own WIP responsibility with effective business forecasting; manage budget control responsibilities and mitigate risk related to service agreements and repairs.
•Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop Digital Service team members; ensure EHS compliance and oversee training for safe and productive work environments.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 86,300 - 155,435 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years managing and coaching large teams with experience organizing work schedules.
•3+ years of experience in HVAC or a related field involving technical systems, equipment, or skilled trades.
•People management capability and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Project management skills to oversee and drive execution of startups and customer requests.
•Strong business acumen including knowledge of P&L and annual operating plans; proficiency in Microsoft applications (Salesforce is an asset).
