Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and analyze costs for wired/wireless voice, data, and video infrastructure for site construction, expansion, and integration projects.
  • •Determine site needs (e.g., bandwidth), research equipment using the IT roadmap, and recommend/coordinate routers, circuits, concentrators, switches, and servers.
  • •Manage and maintain Micron’s operational network environment, integrate new technologies requiring network transport, and respond to alarms/alerts from the management system.
  • •Provide operational support and escalation for global network teams; coordinate with vendors and business units for upgrades, lifecycle updates, and integration.
  • •Use AI and automation to enhance monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and incident response; document processes and communicate status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Require a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information System/Communication/Computer Science/Electronics/Network Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge in Python programming language.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • •Knowledge/experience in network and wireless infrastructure; familiarity with DNS, DHCP, load balancers, firewalls, and monitoring tools is a plus.
