Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
  • •Manage general contractor and other contracted vendors and consultants.
  • •Analyse and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
  • •Review and approve capital expenditure, cost-loaded schedules, work-in-place, payment requests, and final invoices/retention payments.
  • •Advocate on the client’s behalf during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders; record occurrences that might result in a claim.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager for major construction projects, with data centre construction experience preferred.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.
  • •Strong professional communication and organization skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • •Willingness to work 5 days on the construction site and travel regularly within Norway.
