Job Summary

Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations for fab equipment. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to quickly resolve tool issues and meet process requirements. Monitor and analyze equipment data to maintain and improve tool performance, coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed, and produce technical reports with recommended solutions to recurring problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
•Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved efficiently.
•Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
•Monitor and analyze related data to maintain and improve tool performance and address tool issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs as needed and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED.
•18 years of age or older.
•2 years of semiconductor experience as a Technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12 hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
