Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and validate what teams will achieve during each Product Increment (PI) for the Skywise Flight Planning vision
  • •Turn business/operational needs into user stories with Product Management and ensure proper implementation and validation
  • •Work with development teams to implement user stories according to the Definition of Done
  • •Lead by example on Lean-Agile principles, breaking silos and aligning delivery with the portfolio framework vision
  • •Contribute to development team performance and effectively transition between functional and technical domains

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer or master degree in software engineering or aeronautics, or equivalent experience
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent
  • •Solid experience in the Aviation industry, notably Flight Operations and associated digital solutions
  • •Experience in SAFe
  • •Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility/VersionOne, Jira, etc)
