Key Responsibilities

  • •Design graphics and branding work aligned to Razorpay’s brand language, meeting project needs independently.
  • •Create visuals and adapt illustration/graphic styles for different requirements while raising quality benchmarks.
  • •Support and lead creation of visual design libraries and run skill-based sessions to improve team efficiency.
  • •Design motion videos and develop motion templates/libraries using current motion design trends and techniques.
  • •Produce small GIFs and creative videos for social media, and optionally use AI tools for image-to-AI transformations and AI-driven design.

Key Requirements

  • •1-4 years of experience in graphic and motion design.
  • •Strong design fundamentals including color theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with attention to detail and consistency.
  • •Ability to independently design visuals aligned with Razorpay’s brand language and project needs.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and art directors.
