Sr Staff Software Development Engineer

Set technical direction and own architecture for the NHI Governance domain across BeyondTrust Pathfinder products. Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex, high-risk initiatives, define standards and interfaces for multiple teams, and drive critical trade-off decisions through design reviews. Serve as a force multiplier by mentoring engineers, improving build patterns, and elevating quality, security, observability, and performance for server-side remediation of non-human identities across cloud and on-prem environments.
