Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and edit video scripts for product how-to and campaign videos, incorporating stakeholder feedback across review rounds.
  • •Edit and revise Knowledge Articles for structure, clarity, and customer flow through multiple rounds of stakeholder review.
  • •Review email strategy briefs and partner with content strategists before drafting; manage the email copy review cycle and deliver resolved copy documents.
