•Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training needs; evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and motivation.
•Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and loss-prevention audit guidelines; monitor adherence across employees.
•Support stock management, visual merchandising guidelines, and store design/project set-up activities.
