  • •Empathize with end-users and deliver solutions that balance user needs with multi-stakeholder constraints and requirements.
  • •Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, optimizing for end-user value.
  • •Design and implement scalable software that enables capabilities beyond current platforms and supports architecture/capability evolution over time.
  • •Develop reusable software components across multiple product lines, including software that runs on- and off- robotic platforms.
  • •Contribute to development and testing processes, including full lifecycle testing, monitoring, simulation fixtures, and support vehicle manufacturing and deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering (or relevant field) or equivalent experience.
  • •Extensive professional experience working as a Software Engineer across one or more domains and technologies.
  • •Systems and/or application programming skills including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, and system design.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
  • •Ability to act as the technical owner for a software service, including requirements definition, roadmap management, and sustainment.
