Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments. Coordinate with internal teams and customers for on-site installations and repairs, diagnose issues using blueprints and technical specifications, and maintain safety and accountability of company assets. Work field-based across areas including Columbus, Starkville, and Louisville, MS, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and gathering materials.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use software/technology plus hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Perform work in a flexible manner including overtime and weekends as business requires, with occasional overnight stays.
•Maintain safety and record use, wear, and conditions to ensure security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets.

Key Requirements

•Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to follow blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units while enforcing safety standards.
