Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general to complex automotive repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
  • •Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • •Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles and service vehicle climate control systems (ACs and heater cores).
  • •Maintain readiness of vehicles in Carvana reconditioning/inspection centers using state-of-the-art tools.
  • •Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs to deliver vehicles on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use of safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
