Key Responsibilities

•Provide behavioral healthcare management to Amae Health patients and monitor care using a holistic approach with multiple treatment modalities as patients progress through recovery
•Develop individualized treatment plans early during engagement focused on psychosocial and medical needs
•Provide continuous consultations, both in person and virtually, as patients navigate recovery
•Liaise with patient care teams and collaborate with behavioral health providers for an integrated, cohesive approach to care
•Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health

Key Requirements

•Board-Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist with a CA license and active, unrestricted DEA
•In possession of or willing to obtain Clozapine REMS certification
•Prior experience with mental health and/or addiction issues and knowledge of the SF Bay Area medical, mental health, and social service systems
•Holistic perspective of health and patient rights
•Ability to work effectively in diverse settings with patients and colleagues
