Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Content Ecosystem team by reviewing and improving platform policies. Help analyze policy issues using key business data, gather feedback across departments, and propose system and policy optimizations. Contribute to training and implementation of policy, assist trainers to educate content reviewer teams, and track training effectiveness. Work closely with teams across product and R&D to balance user experience, moderation, and traffic distribution.
