Manage AV documentation and system files, monitor show performance, coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs, and provide leadership to AV technicians during installs, rehearsals, live operations, and strikes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead onsite design implementation, installation, operation, and maintenance of AV systems for assigned entertainment projects.
•Coordinate with AV Creative teams, vendors, and partners to ensure AV designs and equipment are successfully implemented, maintained, and operated.
•Represent the AV Tech team in project meetings and manage implementation planning and updates across stakeholders.
•Oversee AV documentation, drawings, and project deliverables, including proper archiving of AV systems.
•Provide day-to-day leadership to AV technical services personnel during installations, rehearsals, live operations, and strikes, including preventative maintenance and lifecycle planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually

•Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to prioritize competing demands in fast-paced environments.
•Working knowledge of AV software and hardware plus IT networking protocols, with ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
