Job Summary

Welcome and support VIP guests from initial inquiry through a seamless on-venue experience. Sell VIP upgrades (premium seats and priority entry) and manage VIP fulfillment from payment processing to guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the VIP Lead, General Manager, Operations Lead, and Event Sales team to deliver premium experiences, handle check-in and escorting, and maintain high grooming and professional standards while occasionally working special events.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades such as premium seats and priority entry to concert patrons on show nights.
•Handle VIP sales flow from inquiry through payment processing to experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and anticipate VIP client needs to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
•Build relationships with Foundation Room members, Foundation Members, Industry Executives, and VIP clients.
•Coordinate night-of-show VIP operations (setup, seating areas, personalization, and signage) and occasionally support special events.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant and/or VIP nightclub operations and guest relations.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
•Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
