Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing and maintaining globally consistent contract management tools, processes, and procedures
  • •Develop and deploy global strategies to improve contract management efficiencies and reduce risks
  • •Monitor and measure the effectiveness of global tools and processes
  • •Monitor and report performance of the Contracts Management function
  • •Lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of McDermott policies and procedures

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • •14+ years in the energy/EPCI project delivery space
  • •Experience in Offshore/Subsea/Onshore Oil & Gas projects
  • •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple teams
  • •Extensive prime contract management experience on EPC projects and lump-sum bidding
