Key Requirements

  • •Advanced, daily use of AI-assisted development tools as part of your workflow.
  • •Experience with Claude, Codex, Cursor (or similar) and the ability to generate, review, refactor, and accelerate development using AI.
  • •Solid experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go; knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL API design; architecture based on microservices.
  • •Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), including data modeling, query optimization, indexing, and migrations.
  • •Experience deploying to cloud platforms, ideally AWS and DigitalOcean, with Docker and Kubernetes (plus AWS Lambda/Serverless and CI/CD).
