Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of law firm litigation experience representing clients in CA state court and federal court in all phases of litigation.
  • •Experience with discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings.
  • •Trial experience or strong trial preparation experience is a plus.
  • •Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, with strong academic credentials from a Top 50 law school.
  • •Admission to the California Bar is required.
