Job Summary

Build and evolve Compass’s cloud-based platform used across the residential real estate journey. Design and implement distributed, event-driven microservices, lead complex projects end to end, and conduct code/design reviews while writing high-quality tests. Own and operationally improve services in your domain throughout their lifecycle, improve developer experience by removing bottlenecks, and create clear technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of software engineering experience with languages such as Java or Golang.

•Experience with Kafka and Ruby on Rails (plus).
•BS in CS (or equivalent practical experience).
